Dengue is a Virus attack, transmitted mostly by Aedes aegypti mosquito. This mosquito is the main vector that carries this virus that causes dengue. Dengue virus is transmitted from one person to another through bites of an female Aedes mosquito that has been infected with the virus.

Carrot & Cucumber

Drinking of juice made of carrot and cucumber are very helpful to patient suffering from dengue virus. This juice is very effective in boosting the immune system and also make sure it fight the effects of the virus.

Oatmeal

Oats is one of the most healthiest grains on earth, because they are used as source of vitamins, fiber, anti-oxidants, and mineral. Therefore as a patient suffering from dengue, if you take oats especially in the morning, the anti-oxidant contained in it will act against the effect of the dengue virus.

Papaya

Anyone that has this virus, papaya leaves are the best option to go for. What you should do is to crush the leaves and extract the juice by squeezing. Alternatively, You can boil the papaya leaves in water and drink.

Broccoli

This is a very good source of vitamins especially vitamins K which helps to recreate blood platelets. Broccoli should be added in the daily diet of a patient that is suffering from dengue virus and also have sharp declination in platelet count.
